Interpretation Boards
Interpretation boards are also commonly known as interpretive boards or panels or, in the case of wildlife conservation bodies, wildlife signs.
We supply interpretation boards to wildlife conservation bodies, councils, visitor attractions and others. For all such displays we can supply original graphics and artwork as digital files ready for printing. Alternatively, we can deliver the printed interpretive panels alone, or combined with a display mount such as a lectern mount system.
Our most popular solution is the use of 3mm thick aluminium/plastic ply interpretation boards mounted on an optional wooden backing board within a steel lectern mount. The aluminium ply boards are significantly less expensive than most other materials and have proved to be durable in practice. Impact-resistant acrylic solutions can also be supplied which may have a longer life, but are significantly more expensive.

Mounting
Panels/boards are less intrusive and attract less vandalism if they are mounted on to an existing structure such as a wall or hide. If this is not possible, a new structure such as a steel lectern may be required.
Customers may prefer to mount and erect the panels themselves. In this case, we supply the printed panels unframed to the customer. We can also provide an excellent value for money mounting service if required. This can range from a simple backing, to lectern mounts in wood or steel.
Costs
Costs depend upon size and scope of the work and also the materials used for any lectern mount/display system. We believe we offer the best value for money around for either artwork alone or a complete display solution.
